• Managing customer requests via phone email and chat
• Providing accurate information about vehicle models services and features
• Offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

• Promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty
• Supporting clients with empathy clarity and expert communication

• Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good
• English communication skills (B2 or above) A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
• Positive team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
