CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor for an exciting project in the automotive sector supporting one of the most prestigious car brands in the world. - Managing customer requests via phone email and chat
- Providing accurate information about vehicle models services and features
- Offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards
- Promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty
- Supporting clients with empathy clarity and expert communication
- Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good
- English communication skills (B2 or above) A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
- Positive team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
