Danish-Speaking Customer Support Advisor (Remote from Greece)

Job Description We are partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors based in Athens Greece with a fully remote option available anywhere in Greece. In this role you will deliver front-line service across major international partner projectsspanning consumer electronics automotive services and financial platformshandling customer inquiries product support and service requests.

Your Role

• Deliver multi-channel support in Danish via phone email and live chat.

• Assist customers with account management billing orders and service setup across diverse product lines.

• Perform initial troubleshooting for consumer devices digital platforms or connected vehicle tools.

• Coordinate specialized service requests including roadside assistance or warranty claims depending on your assigned project.

• Resolve customer inquiries with clear patient and solution-oriented communication.

• Document customer interactions accurately within internal ticketing and CRM systems.
  

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2) paired with solid professional English skills (B2 or above).

• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a structured helpful approach.

• Broad interest in consumer electronics modern vehicles or digital financial platforms.

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service retail or hospitality experience preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.

• Good computer literacy reliable internet connection and comfort working independently from a home office.

• Must be residing in Greece or willing to relocate with valid work authorization for Greece.
