We are recruiting Danish-speaking professionals for customer support positions in Athens Thessaloniki and Chania Greece. Depending on the role remote and on-site opportunities may be available.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers. You will assist with orders deliveries returns bookings account inquiries and technical issues ensuring that every customer receives professional and effective support.

You will receive structured training and guidance from experienced colleagues with opportunities to develop new skills and progress in your career.

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone chat and email.
• Answer questions about orders deliveries returns accounts bookings and payments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to products devices applications and connected services.
• Handle customer cases including roadside assistance requests according to established procedures.
• Process refunds complaints and claims with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised teams and follow up until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Danish proficiency at native level or C1.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above; some teams require C1.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple tools simultaneously.
• A customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not required for most positions.
