Job Summary
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting one of the worlds leading online travel platforms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while helping customers with their travel-related needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely within Greece while building your customer service career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist customers via phone email and messaging in Danish and English
- Support customers with reservations payments account inquiries and general requests
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- Danish communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
