Interested in fashion online shopping and customer service Help customers enjoy a smooth shopping experience with a leading European e-commerce platform.
Your role
- Support customers with orders payments and delivery enquiries
- Assist with returns missing parcels and product complaints
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues via phone and email
What were looking for
- Danish at C1/C2 level
- English at C1 level or above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to work remotely from Greece
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 including occasional weekends
