Would you like to help business customers resolve printer-related issues and keep their operations running smoothly
Your role
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
- Troubleshoot printer issues and manage support tickets
- Assist with orders for toner and other printer supplies
What were looking for
- Danish at C1 level
- English at B2 level or above
- Good computer and communication skills
- Customer support experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens
