Czech-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Travel

Were hiring a Czech-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Travel team in Athens Greece.

Youll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 15/Sep/26 19/Aug/26 25/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

1 week prior lock date.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Czech and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
