Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide clear and accurate product or service information

Requirements
Native or fluent German (C1C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7 rotation)
Customer-oriented mindset
EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
Previous customer service experience is a plus
