Role: Customer Support in Czech

Project:
Location: Greece (Remote)
Start date: 19 August 15 and 25 September 2026

Schedule: Monday to Sunday
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 00:00

Compensation:

• 1200 gross/month paid over 14 salaries per year
• 50 meal allowance monthly
• Private Health & Life Insurance

Available for candidates moving to Greece:

• 300 gross relocation allowance (paid after completion of training)
• Up to 3 weeks of hotel accommodation provided close to work
• Legal support with hiring documents

• Handle incoming customer contacts by phone chat or email
• Resolve customer issues and enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Support accommodation partners with questions related to reservations availability and extranet tools
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver a positive partner experience
• Use internal tools and CRM systems to document and process customer requests

• Native or fluent Czech (C1/C2)
• Good English level (B2)
• EU passport or Greek Residence Permit
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (customer service retail hospitality etc.)
• Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends if required
