Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist (mfd)

At ICL Growing Solutions we are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team in this role you will support our commercial activities across Greece Cyprus and Bulgaria acting as a trusted partner to customers logistics providers warehouses and internal stakeholders.

Your Role

As a primary support contact for our customers and dealers you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing outstanding customer service and efficient operational support.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment using SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor stock availability and customer credit status.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and customers.
• Manage incoming emails and telephone communications professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain customer and product master data in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build strong long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation and administration of invoices delivery notes contracts and commercial documents.
• Support and manage the local e-commerce platform.

Order Fulfilment & After-Sales Support

• Ensure smooth order execution in collaboration with warehouses and logistics providers.
• Support customer complaint handling and resolution processes.
• Verify customer documentation and supplier invoices.
• Assist with quality-related documentation certificates specifications and questionnaires.
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence.

Logistics Coordination

• Organize transportation and coordinate local hauliers for customer deliveries.
• Work closely with Sales on warehouse replenishment planning.
• Communicate with warehouses regarding loading schedules and delivery requirements.

Office & Business Administration

• Support daily office operations and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with commercial and back-office teams across the ICL Group.
• Coordinate with Finance Supply Chain and Management teams.
• Manage office facilities equipment and administrative requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the local leadership team.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Customer Service Sales Support Customer Operations or a similar commercial support role.
• Tertiary education (AEI former TEI IEK with relevant to the role certificate)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when required.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with SAP QAD or other ERP systems.
• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms or digital order management.
• Background in agriculture agronomy fertilizers horticulture or related industries.
