Reports to: Country Manager

Purpose of the Role:Responsible for managing the end-to-end order process and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey ensuring smooth order handling proactive issue resolution and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery and invoicing
• Provide timely support to customers regarding orders deliveries product availability and pricing
• Collaborate closely with Sales Product Management Planning and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer claims returns and issues ensuring prompt resolution
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency

• Post-secondary education in administrative commercial or logistics field
• 1 - 3 years experience in a customer service order processing or supply chain support role
• Experience in a B2B or industrial environment is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and ERP system
• Fluent in English both verbal and written

• Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding customer and market needs
