Customer Service Representative

Sika Hellas a leading company in the Building Materials sector is seeking an energetic and personable Customer Service Representative to join its team at the offices in Kryoneri Attica. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring a smooth and reliable order management experience for our customers.

Role Description :

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
• Process monitor and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and order-related information.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales Logistics Planning and Finance to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within the ERP-SAP system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering a high level of service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service department.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a Customer Service or similar role.
• Excellent computer skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Outlook).
• Good command of the Greek & English language both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Responsible proactive and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in SAP ERP or similar ERP systems.
