Customer Service Representative

CSP Customer Service Partners (B2B). These teams handle partner issues (booking issues cancellations questions problem resolution) via phone email and chat. I TTEC is a global customer-experience outsourcing company providing contact-centre tech-support sales and digital CX services for major brands worldwide. They run large multilingual service operations across 20 countries. Workking schedule: MonSun 08 AM - 10 PM shift rotation. IMPORTANT: relocators who use company's relocaiton package are now also able to WFH after initial training period & upon securing stabile internet connection at their own place of residence! Training period - 3 weeks.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
• Customer-facing experience (customer service hospitality retail or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and positive service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
• Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required).
