I am looking for a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide customer support in a remote environment.

The role involves handling customer inquiries responding to requests resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience while following established service procedures.

Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English

Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer support. Ability to work remotely from Greece with a reliable internet connection

Willingness to complete onboarding and any required on-site training.

Remote work opportunity based in Greece.

Relocation support including 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.

Financial assistance of up to 300 for the first payment for eligible candidates relocating from abroad.

Support with employment documentation.

Accommodation during training for eligible Dutch-speaking candidates relocating from outside Athens.

Schedule:Monday to Sunday with working hours between 08:00 and 00:00.

Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete employment documentation.

Relocated employees are required to work on-site for at least 3 months before transitioning to remote work unless an applicable exception is confirmed.

Documentation: EU citizenship OR Residence card with only Full Market Access
