As a Customer Service & Back Office Administrator you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our services and internal processes.
What Youll Do
- Handle incoming customer calls (customer support)
- Register and monitor customer requests in the CRM system
- Manage back office operations (service activations changes billing support)
- Coordinate with technical team for issue resolution
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely and effective service management
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service administrative support or a similar role (customer service or call center support)
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using CRM platforms and business applications
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in English
