As a Customer Service & Back Office Administrator you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our services and internal processes.

What Youll Do
  • Handle incoming customer calls (customer support)
  • Register and monitor customer requests in the CRM system
  • Manage back office operations (service activations changes billing support)
  • Coordinate with technical team for issue resolution
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely and effective service management

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service administrative support or a similar role (customer service or call center support)
  • Strong digital literacy and confidence using CRM platforms and business applications
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Proficiency in English
