Customer Service Agent French Speaker

Location: Athens Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day 5 working days per week

Our Athens site runs a busy French service line and we are looking for people who can keep up its standards. Start date: 19 October 2026.

You will handle everyday requests from start to finish and escalate only when it is genuinely needed. Expect a steady flow of questions about products orders and accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear simple language
• Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts

Requirements:

• Fluent French
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage though not required
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship a valid work permit or a refugee protection certificate)
