Are you a French-speaking customer service pro with a warm professional touch Were looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional support and build lasting customer relationships in a vibrant Athens setting!

Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally and promptly
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Build sustainable customer relationships through clear effective communication
Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools & processes
Meet individual and team performance targets & quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities
Follow internal communication procedures guidelines and policies

Native or near-native French speaker excellent communication & natural accent
Good command of English
Previous customer service experience considered an advantage
Strong phone communication and active listening skills
Customer-oriented mindset able to adapt to different customer profiles
Good MS Office skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
