To be clear before you read further: the job is in Athens Greece not in Germany. You would be relocating. Most people we place have never lived abroad before and the company covers the parts that usually stop people.

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Advisors for an on-site role in Athens this position you will support customers in the financial services sector assisting them across multiple channels while ensuring a high level of professionalism accuracy and data security. You will be part of an international team delivering high-quality customer service in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Day to day that means handle customer interactions via phone email chat and back-office tasks provide accurate and timely information regarding customer inquiries deliver a high-quality customer experience with a professional and empathetic approach build trust with customers through clear and effective communication maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions follow internal procedures and ensure compliance especially when handling sensitive data and meet individual and team performance targets.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment screening process (including background checks)
- Customer-oriented mindset with active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
