• Advisor you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with a range of banking-related inquiries. You will identify customer needs provide accurate information and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Key

• German language proficiency

• Team player with a commitment to service excellence
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.

• Hybrid work model: 30% of working time spent on-site in Athens (remote work not fully supported)
