Customer Advisor – German Market

CloserHire is partnering with a major European financial institution to recruit dedicated and service-oriented Customer Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to support one of Germanys leading banks by assisting private and business clients with their inquiries. If you are fluent in German and looking for a hybrid role in Athens this position offers long-term development in a secure and reputable sector. As a Customer Advisor you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with a range of banking-related inquiries. You will identify customer needs provide accurate information and maintain professionalism in every interaction.

Your Role

• : Manage incoming calls and provide clear efficient support
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver appropriate solutions
• Build trusted relationships through effective communication
• Offer accurate and complete information using internal tools
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process documentation
• Comply with communication procedures policies and security standards

Your Profile

• Native or near-native German language proficiency
• Strong communication skills including active listening and adaptability
• Previous experience in customer support or a client service role is a plus
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of MS Office is beneficial
• Fast learner with strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Team player with a commitment to service excellence
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

What Is Offered

• Hybrid work model: 30% of working time spent on-site in Athens (remote work not fully supported)
• Full-time: 8 hours/day 5 days/week (or part-time options available)
