Customer Advisor (German)

Position: Customer Advisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently

• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Build strong sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems

• Meet individual and team performance targets including case handling quotas

• Maintain clear records of customer interactions accounts and documentation

• Follow established communication procedures guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent German both verbal and written (C2 level)

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level)

• Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering excellent service

• Proven contact handling and customer communication skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills including active listening and adaptability to different personalities

• Strong PC skills and general computer literacy

• Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively

• Team-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus

• Available for rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 23:00
