Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro with a passion for hospitality Were looking for a Customer Advisor to support restaurant partners on a leading hospitality platform acting as a true brand ambassador while delivering exceptional service!

Handle customer inquiries via email phone live chat & messaging platforms
Provide professional technical support to restaurant partners using the hospitality platform
Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a brand ambassador
Resolve customer issues efficiently quickly identifying customer needs
Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the right internal teams
Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
Ensure high-quality service while meeting productivity & performance targets
Support restaurants with platform-related questions and operational requests

Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with excellent written & spoken communication
English B2 minimum
Previous experience in customer service hospitality or customer relations
Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Excellent written communication for email support
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
Good computer literacy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of handling sensitive customer data
High level of empathy particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations
