What Youll Do

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone email and live chat in Spanish
• Deliver a high-quality professional experience to every customer interaction
• Troubleshoot issues provide accurate information and escalate cases where needed
• Log interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
• Contribute to a positive supportive team culture across remote and on-site channels

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C1/C2 level) essential
• Fluent in English (working language of the team)
• 02 years of experience in customer service support retail hospitality or any client-facing role
• Excellent communication skills empathetic clear and professional
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup as well as in an office environment
• Problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude
• EU work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
