A German-speaking Customer Advisor for an international bank project with the employer supporting B2C customers via phone chat and email while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: MonSat rotational shifts between 09:0021:00

Your Profile

• Native/fluent German with good command in English
• Proven customer service or contact center experience handling calls chats and emails
• Strong active listening written communication and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple tools in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
