Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are currently looking for Croatian-speaking professionals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic international this role you will support customers with bookings travel-related questions and account assistance while ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.

Location: Athens Greece
Rotational shifts between MondaySunday
No night shifts

• Assist customers via phone email and chat
• Support booking management cancellations and reservation changes
• Handle payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
• Deliver high-quality customer support in Croatian and English
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service standards

• Croatian fluency or C1 level
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused and proactive mindset
• EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights

• 9 weeks of paid on-site training in Athens
• After the training period remote work may be available based on performance and readiness
