Job Summary
Your mission
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to signature ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and project requirements.
- Review contractual terms identify risks and propose mitigation strategies in close cooperation with legal finance and project teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support negotiations with customers suppliers and EPC partners to clarify obligations and ensure compliance.
- Monitor contract performance key deadlines and deliverables ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Act as a contractual point of contact during project execution supporting smooth collaboration across teams.
- Maintain structured contract documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.
Your profile
- Experience in contract management commercial coordination or project administration.
- Solid understanding of contractual structures within EPC energy or technical project environments.
- Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and an organized structured way of working.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
- English C1 and Greek C1; other European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with negotiation basics legal terminology or project workflows is beneficial.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
