We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team.
As the first point of contact for current and prospective clients you will handle incoming calls respond to enquiries regarding Engel & Völkers properties and ensure that every interaction reflects our high standards of customer service.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday. Depending on the schedule working hours will be either 09:0017:00 or 10:0018:00.
- Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for telephone enquiries regarding Engel & Völkers properties.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to current and prospective clients.
- Assign call leads to the Sales Team
- Address customer requests and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Support the resolution of issues as they arise.
- Build positive and lasting customer relationships through a consistently high level of service.
- A higher education qualification.
- Fluency in Greek and English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong customer-oriented approach.
- Αbility to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
