Interested in customer service and consumer protection Help customers with device protection plans and claims for electronics and home appliances.
Your role
- Assist customers with claims warranty coverage and policy enquiries
- Coordinate repair or replacement requests
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
What were looking for
- Finnish at C1 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens on rotating shifts between 10:00 and 23:00
