Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the modernization and standardization of the IT and OT landscape of power production sites in Greece with an emphasis on digital transformation and smooth collaboration among stakeholders.

This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.

• Assist in the completion of IT services roll out to production sites
• Perform detailed analysis of current IT vs OT applications
• Standardize technology stack and solutions
• Explore and support cloud migration and modernization of selected applications
• Deliver on-site training for end users
• Cooperate with stakeholders and vendors
• Drive transformation initiatives for increased productivity improved security and cost optimization in a high-paced environment
• Travel across Greece for discovery sessions

• 2 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in legacy system integration
• Understanding of application migration and modernization concepts to the cloud
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Showcase of an excellent client-centric approach
• Proficiency in Greek
