CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Bulgarian-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists (GenAI) for an on-site role in Athens this role you will support one of the worlds leading social media platforms working on content moderation and AI safety. You will help ensure that online content meets platform guidelines while contributing to the improvement of AI systems in a fast-evolving digital environment.
- Review classify and moderate content based on platform policies and community guidelines
- Analyze and label data to support the development and improvement of AI systems (GenAI)
- Identify and handle sensitive or inappropriate content with accuracy and consistency
- Investigate and resolve complex content-related issues
- Provide high-quality input to support AI training and optimization
- Use internal tools to manage and process content efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency in decision-making
- Fluent Bulgarian (C1/C2) this will be your main working language
- Good level of English (B2) for training and internal communication
- Experience in content moderation customer support or similar roles is a plus
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms trends and digital culture
- Ability to work with large volumes of content in a structured way
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle potentially sensitive content
1045.72 x14 (gross) Up to 10% of gross salary bonus Food allowance
