• Emergency Dispatch: Respond promptly to incoming calls from Bulgarian-speaking drivers experiencing mechanical failures flat tires or accidents on the road.
• Incident Diagnostics: Gather precise details about the vehicles location and issue using GPS tracking digital coordinates and specialized internal maps.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate in real-time with local towing companies mechanics car rental agencies and hotel providers to ensure swift assistance and passenger safety.
• Calm Reassurance: Provide empathetic clear and professional guidance to drivers who may be in stressful vulnerable or high-pressure situations.
• Case Management: Accurately log all data service dispatches and insurance verification updates into the CRM system to track case progression.

• Language: Native or C2-level Bulgarian and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including night shifts weekends and public holidays.
