CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists for an international social media project in this role you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing content and supporting platform integrity across one of the worlds largest social media platforms. You will work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment where attention to detail critical thinking and responsible

Day to day that means review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines investigate user reports and identify policy violations when necessary handle customer support interactions via chat email and outbound communication depending on the workflow maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while working with sensitive information escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams when required contribute to improving the overall safety and integrity of the platform and adapt to different workflows and responsibilities based on business needs.

• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
• Experience in customer support content moderation or BPO environments is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content when required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• High attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• English skills (B2-C1 depending on workflow)
