What youll do

• Review posts comments videos and ads against community standards
• Investigate user reports of abuse harassment and policy violations
• Flag cases that existing policies dont cover and help shape policy updates
• Contribute to data gathering for machine-learning initiatives

What you bring

• C1 Brazilian Portuguese; B2C1 English
• experienced in BPO customer support tech support or content moderation
• Cultural awareness of Brazils social and political context
• Typing speed of 30 WPM
• Resilience and professionalism with sensitive content
• Right to work in the EU

What we offer

• 1045.72 gross/month x 14 per year
• plus a monthly productivity bonus of up to 15% of gross salary
• Progression to 1100 after 12 months and 1150 after 3 years if your contract continues
• Food allowance of up to 80/month based on on-site attendance
• Well-being support: counselling scheduled well-being activities regular check-ins and clear escalation paths
• Day shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday (occasional weekend shifts in some teams)
• Work in the heart of Athens
