Job Summary
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about travel Join a world-renowned customer experience management leader as a Bilingual Travel Customer Advisor in Greece! In this role you will support international travelers utilizing a major global booking platform by handling inbound inquiries via phone and email. This position offers the flexibility to work from a modern office in Athens or fully remote from anywhere within Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and record consumer inquiries and travel questions raised through inbound phone lines.
- Maintain accurate data logs of consumer inquiries questions and feedback on the customer services database.
- Ensure client complaints are handled and logged in line with the companys escalation policy.
- Ensure all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot travel and booking issues using open questions support documents and system training.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Higher.
- Native or near-native fluency in ONE of the following languages: Polish Romanian Czech Portuguese or German.
- Advanced English language skills (C1 level required for training and internal systems).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Salary Structure (14 Salaries Gross per Year):
- German Speaker: 1380 gross monthly
- Czech Speaker: 1300 gross monthly 1200 Sign-on Bonus (paid in 6 installments)
- Polish Speaker: 1100 gross monthly
- Romanian Speaker: 1100 gross monthly
- Portuguese Speaker: 1100 gross monthly
