The person analyses customer requirements translates business and technical challenges into suitable solutions supports activation and troubleshooting and identifies opportunities for optimisation and expansion. The role combines technical knowledge consultative selling and commercial awareness in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and customer communication skill
• Experience supporting technical solution implementation activation configuration or troubleshooting
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms performance metrics targeting and campaign optimisation
• Strong technical consultative selling skills
• Fluent English (B2 minimum)
• Native or near-native Arabic
• Minimum 12 months of technical sales experience
