Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Arabic with a strong professional command of English for global team collaboration and training.
• Legal Status: Must possess valid full-time work authorization for Greece.
• Background & Passion: Prior experience in B2B sales or a target-driven environment is a plus but ambitious graduates with high energy and a passion for digital marketing are highly encouraged to apply!
• Core Competencies: Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with a target-driven mindset and confidence in portfolio management.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and independently manage business clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong consultative relationships with business advertisers and agencies across multiple channels.
• Manage both inbound leads and proactive outbound sales opportunities to expand client portfolios.
• Analyze business goals to recommend tailored digital advertising strategies and high-performing solutions.
• Assist clients in launching managing and continually optimizing their live advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively suggest data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal platform specialists to deliver a world-class client experience.
• Stay ahead of digital advertising trends media developments and platform updates.

• Competitive Salary: Base salary starting at 1100 Gross/month paid 14 times per year (including holiday bonuses).
