As anApplicationConsultantyou will help customersbridgethe gap between complex business requirements and SAP system capabilities helping organizations implementoptimize andmaintainSAP as trusted advisors who translate business needs into effective SAP configurations while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Youlldevelop skills in IT strategy SAP technologies cloud solutions and AI learning hands-on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.

What youll do

As part of the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting Application ConsultantAssociateswill:

• Successfullycompleteastructured12-monthlearn-and-applyacademyprogram

• Participateinclassroomlearningsimulations and real-customerengagementscenarios

• Requirements & Solution Design:Gather business requirements and configure SAP solutions aligned to business processes

• Implementation & Testing:Lead system setup deployment and testing to ensure quality and functionality

• Support & Continuous Improvement:Provide ongoing support troubleshooting upgrades and enhancements

• Stakeholder & Project Management:Collaborate with stakeholders support project delivery and drive adoption through training and guidance

Expectations and Tasks:

• Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality responsiveness and professionalism

• Ensure disciplined execution documentation and follow-up across implementation and adoption activities

• Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders tomaintainclarity of roles responsibilities and ownership

• Identifypotential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning

• Ensure alignment between customerobjectives SAP recommendations and realized outcomes

• Uphold SAP standards for quality governance and engagement excellence

What You Bring

• Bachelors degreerequired; focusonEngineering Business Administration or Financestronglypreferred.

• Engineering -Delivers a strong technical foundation by integrating engineering business and systems thinking to solve complex problems and drive efficient solutions.

• Business Administration or Finance -Supports understanding of business processes and financial operations essential for SAP FI-CO and related modules.

• 13 years of experience in technology consulting or related fields with exposure to enterprise application environments.

• Technical Expertise:Experience in SAP S/4HANA/SAP ECC specific module configuration or SAP Analytics applications

• Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise processes like order-to-cashprocure-to-pay and record-to-report.

• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and documentation abilities to explain business requirements clearly to diverse audiences

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking to diagnose complex business challenges and translate them into effective SAP solutions

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAPsolutions.

• SAP Functional Expertise:Experiencein one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Supply Chain
• Financials
• Analytics

• Order to Cash or emerging SAP technologies including BTP Fiori/UI5 and cloud integration.

• Industry experience (Oil RetailPharmaceutical Financial Services Manufacturing) is a plus.

• Specialized SAP Training and Certificationsisa plus.

SAPs employees across different regions are enabled to do their best job with the right mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines and general ourhybrid work setupconsists ofthree days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program which will likely involve participants spendingtwo (2) weeks spread across one trip in San Ramon California.This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities.

During intensive phases of the program it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As suchvacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.
