Ad Sales Specialist – Italian

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Ad Sales Specialist. The team works with agencies and advertisers of a global social-media and technology company and helps them get more from their online advertising. As a Italian-speaking Ad Sales Specialist you will help business clients grow with digital advertising.

• Engage advertisers and agencies by phone chat and email a mix of inbound leads and outbound outreach with quick follow-up
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions
• Analyse and optimise campaigns and monitor performance metrics
• Identify campaign trends and act proactively to improve results
• Involve specialist teams when extra expertise is needed

• Native or fluent Italian (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Previous sales ad-sales digital-advertising or customer-facing commercial experience
• Strong communication multitasking and system-navigation skills in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment

• Salary: 1150 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Project bonus: 150 gross per month
• Performance bonus: 250 gross per month

• Location: Athens Greece on-site
• Working hours: MondayFriday 10:0018:00 (winter) or 11:0019:00 (summer)
