Today our products are used by 55 million registered users who order from 200000 merchants across 30 countries.
To support our expanding merchant offering we are scaling our Commerce Platform which consists of two core products.
Wolt Commerce Platform Products in a Nutshell:
- Wolt Drive - A delivery-as-a-service solution (DaaS) enabling merchants to add fast reliable last-mile delivery to their own ordering channels.
- Wolt Storefront - A white-label online ordering platform that helps merchants create branded digital stores with seamless checkout and increased conversion.
As an Account Specialist youll play a key role in expanding our Commerce Platform partner network building strong relationships and ensuring success for our partners. From identifying new business opportunities to optimizing partner performance youll be at the forefront of driving growth.
What youll be doing
- Sales & Business Development Identify reach out to and onboard new Commerce Platform partners across various industries.
- Account Management & Growth Build strong relationships with partners proactively helping them optimize performance and drive sales.
- Operational Excellence Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues enhance partner experience and support last-mile logistics improvements.
- Marketing & Promotion Assist with marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement and sales growth.
Our humble expectations
- 1-3 years of experience in sales business development account management or logistics.
- A natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
- Interest in last-mile delivery logistics or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Greek & English.
- Experience with software implementation or logistics platforms is a plus!
