Account Manager – German

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Account Manager. As a German-speaking Account Manager you will onboard business customers to a leading e-commerce platform and help their accounts grow.

• Onboard business customers and drive platform adoption
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contact customers outbound and grow their accounts
• Meet performance targets

• Native or near-native German (C2) and fluent English (B2) spoken and written
• Previous sales account-management or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Track record of working towards sales conversion or revenue targets
• Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with outbound activity

• Salary: 1400 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus: 250 gross per month
• Project bonus: 50 gross per month
• Anniversary bonus: 500 (based on attendance and performance)
• Private life and health insurance including dental and eye care (from the 3rd month; from day 1 for relocating candidates)

• Fixed working hours of your choice for mothers of children up to 2 years old
• Daily net Mastercard allowance: 3 per working day in the first 12 months (6 after 12 months) for office and hybrid work

• Help finding permanent accommodation
• 100 relocation cash bonus (meal-voucher card) after the first month
• Administrative support

• Location: Athens Greece on-site for the first 6 months hybrid afterwards (based on performance)
• Working hours: MondayFriday 09:3017:30
• Start: As soon as possible
