Job Summary

KUSI Consulting is a 360 Human Resource Management company that leverages technology to help small medium and large companies in Africa USA and Asia to meet their workforce and human capital development addition we provide digital marketing branding and website development services. We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying acquiring assessing and hiring top talent to fill open positions for our clients and us. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle including attracting sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates. Headhunting is a key aspect of this role.


Role Description and Responsibilities


Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and ensure their staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools effectively.
  • Leverage digital platforms to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management and employment law in the countries and cities we serve.
  • Assist in developing the business by marketing and promoting our services to retain current clients attract and acquire new clients.


Leadership

  • Work hand in hand with the HR Generalist and HR Admin to coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Align with the marketing and branding team to use the best talent attraction methods to attract the best and brightest talent.
  • Review and approve recruitment documents.
  • Leads facilitates and participates in meetings with clients and staff.
  • Ensure record keeping of all materials used for recruitment including interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate salaries for candidates if and when applicable to the role.

Strategy

  • Devise a strategy for acquiring new clients.
  • Devise and implement effective sourcing strategies and processes to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.


Client Relationship Management

  • Consults with clients hiring managers and the human resources team on job descriptions requisitions compensation and sourcing strategies.
  • Form close relationships with clients hiring managers and candidates to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
  • Manage the employer and employee relationship.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements

Working Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in business with a concentration in HR Management or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of talent acquisition or similar role required.
  • Technical and specialized recruiting experience a plus.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the countries and cities we serve.
  • Professional Certification (ex: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:


  • Ability to follow timelines and deliver on deadlines
  • Effectively communicate and sell an organizations value proposition.
  • Ability to work meticulously and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of Google applications and tools.
  • Experience in using Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Must be innovative and a forward thinker.
  • Ability to function well in a high-performance environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work remotely without supervision.
  • Effectively communicate and sell an organizations value proposition
