Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers resolving complaints and ensuring a positive store experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels order new products conduct regular inventory checks and minimize stock shrinkage.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing organized and complies with the companys merchandising standards.
- Financial Management: Manage the store budget handle cash transactions track expenses and submit financial reports.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on store performance employee progress and inventory status.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: SHS Diploma
- 2 to 3yrs of Exp.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
