Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer (I.T/Software Sales required)
Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the companys software products and technology solutions to prospective clients driving customer acquisition increasing product visibility and generating sales. The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can identify business opportunities market products effectively and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and market the companys software products and technology solutions to potential clients.
* Identify and prospect for new business opportunities and clients.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
* Generate leads follow up on prospects and close sales deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and revenue.
* Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.
* Represent the company professionally during meetings events and client engagements.
* Travel within and outside Ghana when required for business development activities.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or HND in Marketing Business Administration Information Technology or a related field is an advantage.
* Must have experience in sales preferably within the software IT or technology industry. Candidates with sales experience in other industries who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
* Relevant sales and marketing experience is required.
* Strong ability to market promote and effectively showcase products to prospective clients.
* Proven ability to generate leads close deals and make sales.
* Experience in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Must possess strong sales and marketing skills with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Should be willing and ready to travel outside Ghana when required.

Salary: GHS 4000 - GHS 5000
