Operations Manager

Job Summary

NAYA By Africa is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to build and manage the operational systems that keep production warehousing and distribution running smoothly. Youll own procurement and supply planning supplier management inventory strategy logistics and facilities playing a central role in restructuring NAYAs operations and building the systems needed to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop purchasing plans and manage supplier sourcing negotiation and performance

Establish inventory policies (reorder points safety stock) and oversee Warehouse & Inventory Associates

Coordinate distribution and replenishment across retail wholesale and e-commerce channels

Lead implementation of Unleashed Software for inventory and operations

Document SOPs and drive continuous improvement across procurement warehousing and facilities

Oversee facilities and preventive maintenance programmes

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Operations Supply Chain Engineering Business Logistics or related field

Minimum 5 years relevant experience ideally in manufacturing FMCG cosmetics food or pharmaceuticals

Experience managing procurement inventory logistics or operational systems (ERP/MRP experience a plus)

Strong Excel and data-management skills; strong supplier negotiation experience
