Job Summary
- Proven experience in lettings property management Hotel Reservation or real estate with strong knowledge scheme of the rental process or Hotel reservation exposure.
- Experience managing rental properties and dealing directly with landlords tenants and prospective tenants.
- Proven sales or business-development experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of property viewings tenant screening negotiations lease agreements and tenancy processes.
- Excellent customer-service and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a lettings team.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of applicable tenancy/property regulations.
- A minimum of 3yrs exp in a similar role is preferred

Required Skills:
Qualification in any related construction program with affiliations to a professional body or professional Certification At least 10 years of experience in a similar role with a construction projects portifolio. Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities across assigned project site(s). Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings specifications timelines and budgets. Supervise contractors subcontractors and internal teams to maintain productivity and quality standards. Implement international construction best practices and enforce HSE compliance. Monitor project progress and deliver structured performance reports to management. Identify manage and mitigate construction risks and delays proactively. Support knowledge transfer and technical capacity building of local engineers and supervisors.
Required Education:
Diploma HND or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Management or a related field.
