Job Summary

Introduction to the role
In partnership with our client we are seeking an Internal Operations Analyst to serve as the execution backbone of the organizations internal operations. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and leadership team to ensure daily business activities run smoothly priorities are translated into action and nothing falls through the cracks. If you are highly organized detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced startup environments where structure accountability and follow-through are critical this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities
Operations Execution & Process Management

  • You will support the Head of Operations with day-to-day internal operational activities.
  • You will develop document and maintain SOPs workflows and internal process documentation.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure clarity accountability and timely execution.
  • You will track operational metrics and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • You will support OKR tracking and reporting across teams.
Leadership & Administrative Support

  • You will provide direct operational support to senior leadership.
  • You will manage calendars coordinate meetings and handle scheduling logistics.
  • You will prepare agendas take notes and track action items from meetings.
  • You will translate leadership priorities into clear tasks and timelines.
  • You will follow up across teams to ensure decisions and action items are completed.
Coordination & Internal Support

  • You will facilitate communication between teams to avoid misalignment.
  • You will manage internal documentation and operational trackers.
  • You will coordinate office logistics vendors supplies and internal events.
  • You will handle ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the business running efficiently.
What success looks like

  • Operational processes are clearly documented and consistently followed across teams.
  • Leadership meetings result in tracked actions and measurable follow-through.
  • Internal workflows run smoothly with minimal delays or miscommunication.
  • Dashboards and trackers provide real-time visibility into priorities and progress.
  • Teams operate more efficiently because of your structure and coordination.
To be considered for this role you should have

  • 24 years of experience in operations administration or business support roles.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executives.
  • Strong experience creating SOPs workflows and process documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity and documentation tools (Google Workspace Excel/Sheets Notion or similar).
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
