Immersive Internship Programme (IIP)

The Immersive Internship Program (IIP) is a 6-week full-time onsite skills development programme. It is designed for university students in Ghana specifically those studying Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or other STEM-related courses.

The program aims to provide hands-on industry experience to prepare students for careers in software development. It is a paid internship that includes stipends along with mentorship and networking opportunities to further enhance career prospects.

This collaborative approach empowers learners to develop their skills build confidence and become valuable contributors to the team.

Programme Details

• Model: Onsite
• Location: Ghana (Accra Takoradi Kumasi)
• Duration: 6 weeks
• Type: Full-time 40 hours/week.

Qualifications :

• Ghanaian citizen currently a third-year bachelors or second-year HND student in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science IT Computer Engineering)
• Familiarity with the building blocks of programming
• Existing experience in the specialisation being applied for is advantageous
• Resident of or able to relocate to Accra Takoradi or Kumasi. 

Specializations
The program offers two core specializations:

• Frontend Development
• Backend Development.
