Human Resource Officer- School Setting Experience
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding and exit processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate staff records and ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies
Coordinate staff performance management appraisals and professional development programs
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Support payroll administration and staff welfare initiatives
Advise school leadership on HR best practices and workforce planning
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 23 years experience in HR preferably in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
