Job Summary
Job Description Role Summary: The Facility Partner is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation maintenance safety and security of the organizations physical facilities and assets. Key Responsibilities : 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of company facilities and premises. 2. Conduct regular inspections of buildings offices equipment and utilities to ensure they are in good working condition. 3. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office furniture equipment and facility assets. 4. Coordinate and supervise external service providers contractors and maintenance vendors. 5. Maintain records of maintenance schedules repairs inspections and service contracts. 6. Prepare periodic reports on facility operations maintenance activities and asset status.
