Job Summary
1. Structural Engineer High-Rise Construction
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer to join our construction team and provide technical expertise across major high-rise residential and/or mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will have substantial hands-on experience with complex multi-storey construction projects and will play a key role in ensuring structural quality safety and technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Focus: High-rise structural engineering technical oversight construction coordination site support quality and structural integrity quality assurance and multidisciplinary coordination.
Proven ability to review and interpret structural drawings calculations and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating with architects contractors consultants and other engineering disciplines.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies structural codes and industry standards.
Experience providing technical support during construction and resolving site-related structural issues.
Strong project coordination problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional engineering registration/accreditation is highly desirable.
Key Requirements
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Significant experience in high-rise building construction ideally across major residential commercial or mixed-use developments.
Strong experience in reinforced concrete structures steel structures and complex structural systems.
Required Skills:
Qualification in any related construction program with affiliations to a professional body or professional Certification At least 10 years of experience in a similar role with a construction projects portifolio. Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities across assigned project site(s). Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings specifications timelines and budgets. Supervise contractors subcontractors and internal teams to maintain productivity and quality standards. Implement international construction best practices and enforce HSE compliance. Monitor project progress and deliver structured performance reports to management. Identify manage and mitigate construction risks and delays proactively. Support knowledge transfer and technical capacity building of local engineers and supervisors.
